Born on 01.05.1972 at village Summer Hill, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla, H.P. Passed Matriculationfrom S.D. Senior Secondary School, Shimla (H.P.) in the year, 1987. Did B.Com from Government College Chaura Maidan, Shimla-5 in the year, 1992. Passed L.L.B. from H.P. University Summer Hill Shimla-4 in the year, 1996. Did post graduate Diploma in Personal Management and Labour Welfare in July, 1999. Started training as Trainee Advocate on 18.10.1996 and after completion of one year training enrolled as an Advocate on 29.10.1997. Practiced in the Hon’ble High Court and in the Hon’ble H.P. Administrative Tribunal till 20th December, 2003. Remained standing counsel for H.P. State Handicrafts and Handloom Corporation. Joined as Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-Judicial Magistrate on 22.12.2003. Served at Court No. 2 Dharamshala, Rampur, Chamba, Court No. 2 Nalagarh, Barsar. Promoted as Civil Judge (Senior Division) on 10.01.2013 and served as Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM, Nadaun, District Hamirpur and Secretary, District Legal Services Authority Mandi and Bilaspur at Mandi. Posted as Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM, Court No. 1 Sunder Nagar on 04.03.2017. On transfer, served as Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM, Court No. 1 Shimla w.e.f. 29.12.2018 to May, 2019. Thereafter, on placement as Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, transferred and joined as such at Bilaspur on 30.05.2021. Thereafter, joined as Administrative Officer on 09.08.2021 at Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Shimla.Thereafter, on promotion and transfer, assumed the charge of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court (Rape/POCSO), Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr, under Kinnaur Civil and Sessions Division, on 09.12.2021. Presently, upon transfer, assumed the charge of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ghumarwin on 04.04.2023
