Sh Navish Bhardwaj

Born on January 29, 1989, at Sunder Nagar, District Mandi, in the family of Late Sh. Jeet Ram Bhardwaj and Smt. Nirmala Bhardwaj. He completed his matriculation from Govt. Senior Secondary School, Fatehpur, District Kangra, where he also completed his Senior Secondary Education. He went on to earn his B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from the L.R. Institute of Legal Studies, Solan (HP) in 2011. Subsequently, he completed his LL.M. from the Himachal Pradesh University Campus and practiced before the Hon’ble High Court until 2014, having also qualified the UGC NET.
His professional career includes working as an Assistant Professor at IEC University, Baddi, and serving as an Assistant District Attorney. After more than nine years in the Prosecution Department, he was selected through direct recruitment as an Additional District and Sessions Judge Exam, 2025. Following his training at the H.P. Judicial Academy and District and Sessions Court, Nahan, he took charge as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bilaspur in the newly created Court on 07.01.2026.
