Born on 06-04-1992 into the family of Smt. Anjli Gupta and Sh. J.L Gupta (Retired District and Sessions Judge). Did his schooling up to 10+2 from Dayanand Public school,Shimla. Thereafter BA LLB (Hon’s) from University Institute of Legal studies Ava lodge Chaura Maidan Shimla. While pursuing LLB, did a diploma in Cyber law from Govt. law college Mumbai (in collaboration with the Asian school of cyber law). After completing BA LLB Hons. He did LLM from Kurukshetra University. Got enrolled with Bar council in the year 2015. Entered into judicial services on 4 August 2018. Undergone induction training program for about five months at Judicial Academy Shimla.Thereafter, got first posting as Civil Judge Kullu and had the privilege to start the new court of the Civil Judge at Kullu since 15-01-2019. Remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC Arki, District Solan H.P. w.e.f. 13.08.2021 till 31.03.2023. Remained Civil Judge-cum-Mobile Traffic Magistrate, Shimla and Kinnaur on w.e.f 06.04.2023 Thereafter, Remained posted as Mobile Traffic Magistrate, Bilaspur and Hamirpur at Bilaspur on 20.04.2024 Now, on 09.04.2026 transfer assumed the charge of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC Bilaspur
